We hope you are enjoying a bountiful Fall Season! School is back in session and we kicked it off with a series of newly revised classes this past month.
We just completed one of our SMA
Foundational classes in Portland, Oregon—Low Back and Leg Pain (Yao Tui Tong): An Emphasis on Sciatica & Paresthesia Pain Patterns. Later in the month, we held the first part of Module II – Low Back, Hip and Groin from our SMA Certification Program, which included cadaver, palpation and motor point location labs as well as the new class, Assessment and Treatment of Channel Sinews!
We started this month in Boulder, Colorado, for our second round of the 5-DAY CADAVER LAB FOR THE ACUPUNCTURIST led by Master Dissector Todd Garcia. Later this month, we continue with Module II of the SMAC Program in San Diego (Assessment and Treatment of Low Back, Hip and Groin Injuries and PACE II—Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercises) and then head up to Canada to launch the first of a series of SMA
Foundational classes in Vancouver, BC!

After 20+ years, the book entitled Sports Medicine Acupuncture—An Integrated Approach Combining Sports Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine by Matt Callison is completed and at the formalist being compiled. Printing is scheduled for February 2019. Stay tuned for discounts on a pre-book launch
