October was a milestone month with the launch of our first round of live online webinars—Module III: The Lower Extremity Anatomy/Palpation/Cadaver Lab and Assessment and Treatment of the Channel Sinews. We were completely overwhelmed with rave reviews and positive feedback! See below to read one of the many reviews we have
received.
Our next LIVE online webinar, Postural Assessment & Corrective Exercise (PACE) III from January 30-31, 2021, will be taught by Ian Armstrong with Matt Callison and Brian Lau there both days for additional support!!! Until then, make sure to check out Matt and Brian interviewing Ian Armstrong about "Exercise Prescription for the Acupuncturist" with the American Acupuncture Council on December 6.
With so much change in our world this year, and as the Metal time of year progresses, we have also been embracing this opportunity to turn inward and reflect on these past 13 years. Although we are sad that it is not yet safe for us in person, we at AcuSport Education are beyond grateful to continue being able to provide the highest level of Sports Medicine Acupuncture education, whether in person or in webinar.
We are also so thankful to be surrounded by our amazing students, who make the continual hard work and effort of bettering this program year to year completely worth it!!
Online Webinar Testimonial
What an amazing 4 days guys! I miss y’all doing this in person, but there were definite benefits to doing it online.
Yesterday I didn’t get a chance to send you guys an email, but one of the things that struck me was the slide “The Genius of TCM: Myofascial Sequences and the Jingjin". Basically it was a holy sh*t! in awe of y’all moment! You talk about evolvement and always hungry for more refinement, more evolvement — this was it. I remember the early days of this — side discussions that got everybody geeked. And now, to see the
organization of your thoughts all tied together so neatly, coordinating the myofascial sequences with all the channel divisions — y’all are UH.MAH.ZING! It blows my mind to see your guys genius brains at work.
And speaking of evolvement, so very cool to see the myofascial work evolve from Bill to Simone to this current version. Y’all are crazy awesome. You guys have really put together a fantastic comprehensive package. And like what you’ve done with the acupuncture portion, you’ve elevated to a more refined and target specific technique. Bravo, guys!
Lastly, just seeing/hearing Ian in there… I remember him from his early TA days. He’s always on it, super smart, and thoughtful - and so to see his evolvement into a confident, core part of your teaching team - an evolvement aspect of you and your program. It’s so impressive how you’ve established a culture of winning within the SMAC organization — the culture of generosity of time and energy, the freely sharing of
knowledge, the continued thirst to be better, the humility of knowing there is always more to learn — this is what elevates your team and sets SMAC apart from the rest.
Congrats on an amazing pivot to a webinar format! Congrats on an incredible 4 days! Congrats on being the absolute best!
Y’all are the best. I am in awe and in gratitude to be able to partake of your teachings. Thank you so much for all the blood, sweat and tears. In gratitude, vita ye
